A group show featuring artists from the textile and the graphic design department of Konstfack.
Distressed by a year of uncertainty, closed workshops and canceled exhibitions we longed for a time and space to be together.
We are happy to announce that the time is now and the space is WAY gallery!

SUBLIME CLUB is an independent creative collective formed at Konstfack in September 2020, circling their practice around the technique of sublimation: using heat to print fabrics. Members include artists from both the MA and BA programmes of Graphic Design & Illustration Department and the Textile Department. SUBLIME CLUB is what happens when graphic design and illustration meets textile art.
This technique inspired artists from both fields to embark on a beautiful journey together. What happens in this borderland? and what can we do with it? Can we touch it? Can we wear it? What is it? I love it!
HIDDEN MESSAGES is what happens when the restless souls of Konstfack joins forces in an effort to transcend the limits of a certain time and space. What messages have been hiding in our lives, our times? How has our way of communicating changed in a turbulent and ever-changing world? What messages are we sending to the future?

WAY gallery Sthlm is a physical and digital gallery that represents creators in everything from painting, photography and graphic design to ceramics and textile art.
With different backgrounds and experience from the same industry, the founders Estelle, Felicia and Francesca have all experienced that the opportunities for creators to be able to live on creation are few and that the compromises one is forced to make are many – and insight that laid the foundation for visions of WAY.
Here they have created a place where creators have the opportunity to exhibit and / or sell their works but at the same time have room for development in the personal expression.
**To ensure safe distancing and anticipate visitor numbers, WAY gallery arranges booked time slots of 1 hour with limited number of visitors.**
