Welcome to an online seminar on Oct 26 where we will show how climate change is a major human rights issue, talk about the inequalities of climate change and environmental degradation. discuss how to take action to promote human rights and climate justice, connect youths from all around the world and motivate them to share ideas and perspectives
Lubna Hawwa is currently working as Climate Change Officer at Individuell Människohjälp (IM), a Swedish international NGO fighting poverty and exclusion. She is originally from the Maldives and worked on the islands as a journalist and contributed to various gender equality, disaster risk management and human rights initiatives.
The seminar will be held twice on the same day (Oct 26):
– 11-13 CET / 12-14 EAT / 13-15 AMT
– 17-19 CET / 18-20 EAT / 19-21 AMT
